Just reinstalled the program and I do not see the CPU temperature. I remember having it before. Was it only in version 3.1 or, where is it?

I don't see any temperature modules listed on the official description which means that it might not be possible to support it anymore. However, you can use this software with another one to properly display the temperature measured by the sensors in your computer.
The software's name is SpeedFan and it has the capability of monitoring every sensor found on the motherboard, HDD, GPU, etc.

It can't be told when Toolwiz Care will get a an upgrade to be compatible with Windows 10. You can check Toolwiz's website periodically so you will be able to get the version for Windows 10 as soon as it will be released. If you need to run it now in Windows 10, you can always try running it in compatibility mode.
